Booking Contract
A booking is accepted and confirmed the date that a payment is made to secure services. By submitting personal information and providing a deposit or payment, it is assumed the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The contract is between The Customer, including all passengers named on the booking form and Wander Argentina. The Customer confirming the booking must be 18 years of age or older and agrees to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by Wander Argentina to confirm such booking.
The Customer arranging the tour or activity is deemed to be the designated contact for this booking. He/she has full authority on behalf of all the persons accompanying them and implies that all such persons are fully aware of and accept these conditions.
Tour Cancellations and Refunds
Please make your reservation and payment for day tours 24 hours before the activity. Extra fees may apply for reservations made within 24 hours and we can not always guarantee an available spot.
Tours and games may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events such as protests or roadblocks or any other force majeure.
In these cases, we are happy to change the day of your activity. If that is not possible and the activity did not get underway, we will provide a refund minus any processing fees, which are assumed by the customer.
Below is the refund provided from the time we receive written notification of a cancellation of a day tour or game. Please note, third party providers such as airlines may not provide a cancellation rebate and keep the full cost of airfare. Due to currency restrictions, we reserve the right to provide any refunds in Argentine pesos.

Refunds for sporting events are not possible once a reservation is made, although we can accommodate itinerary changes to offer alternate reservations for another event or activity of equal value.
Similarly, refunds are not available if the Customer/s show up late to a tour and the group has already left. In the case of an unexpected late arrival, please get in touch using the contact information provided within your email or voucher and we will do our best to see if there is anyway you can catch up with the group.
Travel Information
When making travel bookings, it is the responsibility of the Customer to be in possession of a valid passport, visa, driver’s license, inoculations and preventive medicines as may be required for specific tours or travel.
Information about passport, visa inoculations or other preventive measures are provided in good faith on this website and in direct communication with customers, but ultimate responsibility to have correct travel information resides with the customer.
Illness/disability
Customers are responsible for assessing their own suitability and capability to participate in the tours or activities. Customer should consult their physician regarding their fitness for travel, and ability to partake in more strenuous activities.
Anyone undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition or with a disability must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for any special provisions that may be required during the travel or tour.
We are committed to making all our customers happy and safe and accommodating special needs. Failure to disclose any limitations of the customer physical condition could result in the customer being excluded from the tour, in which case payment will be forfeited.
Acceptance of Risk and Liability
Activities arranged with Wander Argentina are at your own risk. Safety is of utmost importance to us but travel has inherent risk and we assume no liability for injury, death, or loss of personal property while partaking in an activity arranged via the Website.
It shall be understood that standards of organization, accommodation and transport in Argentina are sometimes lower than comparable standards than what the Customer may reasonably expect in their home country or region.
Soccer Games, City Tours and Tango Shows
Wander Argentina cannot be held responsible for any type of cancellations or reschedules, due to any cause such as weather conditions, technical problems, security concerns, personal decisions of the event organizer, or any other reason not related to Wander Argentina.
For cases when the cancellation of the event happens after the service is already being provided, services will be considered as fully provided, therefore not leading to any type of refund, except for the admission ticket, that the customer will have to keep in order to reuse it according to the organizer policies.
If the customer is willing to get transfers and tour guide services again for the rescheduled date, s/he will have to repay for these portion of services.
For cases when the cancellation/rescheduling of the event is done before the service is provided, if the customer cannot or does not want to attend the event on the new date, the refund policies will follow the refund policies determined by the event organizer.
Third Parties
You may, through hypertext, graphic ads or online booking platforms gain access to third parties sites via the website, which are not related to or maintained by Wander Argentina.
Links to third party sites may, but do not necessarily, imply partnerships, relationships or affiliations with such third parties. Wander Argentina takes no responsibility for the content therein, regardless of whether the link is provided by the Website or a third party.
Similarly Wander Argentina makes arrangements with partners, activity providers, transfer operators, travel agencies and local tour guides (Third Party Suppliers) to provide Customer travel and tour services or component parts of tour or travel arrangements.
Third Parties may also utilize the services of local operators or subcontractors to provide travel services or as part of a larger tour. Although Wander Argentina carefully selects responsible Third Party Suppliers, we do not supervise them or exercise any control over Third Party Suppliers, and therefore are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Travel and tour services provided by Third Party Suppliers are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those suppliers.
Our Responsibility
Wander Argentina accepts responsibility for ensuring that the holiday, activity or tour which the Customer books with them is supplied as described and that the services reach a reasonable standard.
Wander Argentina acts only in the capacity of an agent upon the legal conditions that, while exercising every possible precaution, it is not responsible for injury, sickness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay, or other irregularities which may be caused either through willful or negligent acts or omissions made by Third Party Suppliers or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation or other services related to the tour, or through natural disasters, social upheavals or other causes.
Prices and Surcharges
Due to the nature of the inflationary local economy and regular increases in fees for travel services and events, the published price is subject to change and anytime before or after a booking is made.
Wander Argentina shall provide notice to the affected Customer/s as soon as reasonably possible upon learning of the necessity to impose any surcharge. If the increase is more than 10% of the purchase price the Customer may (a.) cancel the booking or (b.) accept the change of price and pay the difference.
